This teardown really shifts how I think about GTM. The way Anthropic turned ad ops into an AI orchestrated workflow makes me wonder do you see smaller B2B teams being able to adopt this kind of agent-network approach, or is it only realistic at enterprise scale right now?
I think it’s increasingly realistic at significantly lower than big enterprise scale Ray. The tools are out there. Maybe not quite this slick, but a solid viable agentic flow is 100% doable
Really feels like we’re entering a phase where the question isn’t what AI can make, but how much work it can delete. That line stuck with me.
